At Diogo Louis Fashion LLP, we are committed to delivering high-quality products and ensuring customer satisfaction. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we offer a structured return and refund process.
1. Timeframe for Reporting Issues
Customers must report any issues within 5 days of receiving the product. To initiate a request, please contact us via email at support@diogolouis.com with a clear description of the issue.
2. Proof Requirement
To process a return or exchange, customers must provide a video recording as proof of the issue. The video should clearly display the damaged or incorrect product upon unboxing. This is necessary for a fair and accurate assessment of the claim.
3. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds
A return or refund will be approved only under the following conditions:
The product was damaged or defective upon delivery.
The wrong item was delivered.
The return request is submitted within 5 days of delivery.
The item is returned in its original packaging and is unused.
Non-Eligible Returns & Refunds
Returns and refunds will not be processed in the following cases:
Change of mind or personal preference.
Minor color or appearance variations due to screen differences.
Damage caused by improper handling, misuse, or accidental drops.
Requests made after 5 days of delivery.
4. Return Process
To initiate a return, follow these steps:
Contact us at support@diogolouis.com within 5 days of receiving the product.
Attach a clear video demonstrating the defect or incorrect item.
If the return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label along with detailed instructions.
Ship the item back to us as per the provided instructions.
Once we receive and inspect the product, we will process the refund or exchange accordingly.
Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
5. Refund Process and Timeline
Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of the refund.
If approved, the refund will be initiated as follows:
For prepaid orders (credit card, debit card, UPI, wallets, etc.): Refund will be Credit within 5 business days after approval. The amount will be credited to the original payment method within 7-10 business days, depending on the bank or payment provider.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders: Refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI within 5 business days after approval. The amount will reflect in the account within 7-10 business days.
If you do not receive your refund within 15 business days after approval, please contact us at support@diogolouis.com for further assistance.
6. Exchanges/Replacement
To receive a replacement product, customers must first return the defective or incorrect item. Once the return is approved and processed, a separate purchase can be made for the new product.
Exchange product will be deliver in 5-7 days.
